Wondersend is a growth marketing consultancy that works with consumer brands. We operate the website at wondersend.co and the email address hello@wondersend.co. This policy covers our website and any direct communications you have with us.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above:

• Inquiries and prospect communications — Up to 3 years from your last interaction, then deleted or anonymized
• Active client communications — For the duration of our engagement, plus 7 years for tax and legal record-keeping
• Marketing email subscribers — Until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to honor that request
• Analytics data — Typically 14–26 months, depending on the platform
